Moonlit Meadows Apothecary Return & Refund Policy

At Moonlit Meadows Apothecary, we craft small-batch herbal products with care. Because these are natural goods with limited shelf life, our return and refund policies are specific to protect both you and our business.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
*Opened or used products cannot be returned for health, safety, and quality reasons.
Refunds
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if a refund is approved.
* Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges & Damages
* If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery at Moonlitmeadowsapothecary@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
* Approved cases may receive a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Product Freshness & Rancidity
* Our products are made with natural ingredients and do not contain heavy preservatives. Proper storage is essential (cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight).
* If a product appears rancid, spoiled, or unusable within 30 days of purchase, contact us at Moonlitmeadowsapothecary@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
* We will review each case individually. If the issue is due to product quality, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
* Products stored improperly after delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
* Opened teas, tinctures, salves, syrups, creams, or other consumables.
* Custom orders or special blends.
* Gift cards and digital items.
Cancellations
* Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
