At Moonlit Meadows Apothecary, we carefully package and ship all orders with love and care. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
* Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
* During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
* Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
* Delivery times vary depending on the carrier but typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
* We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)
Order Tracking
* Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
* Tracking updates are the responsibility of the shipping carrier once your package is in their hands.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
* Moonlit Meadows Apothecary is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
* If your order shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.
* We recommend shipping to a secure address to avoid theft.
Damaged Packages
* If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Moonlitmeadowsapothecary@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
* We will work with you on a replacement or store credit.
